Potomac Grove will bring 100 affordable apartments across two buildings to Dumfries, extending Good Housing’s work south into Prince William County. It is financed with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and other affordable financing tools, and built to the same certified green standard as every Good Housing community. Good Housing expects to welcome residents in fall 2028.
