Atlantic Boulevard

Atlantic Boulevard will bring 80 affordable apartments to Sterling. The project began as a pilot initiative that developer Kim Hart brought to the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors to expedite the approvals process for attainable housing, and construction is now underway. Like every Good Housing community it is financed with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and built to a certified green standard. Good Housing expects to welcome residents in fall 2026.

The Landing at Cannon Branch

The Landing at Cannon Branch will bring 100 workforce apartments to Manassas, on city-owned land the Manassas City Council voted to convey for the project. It is built to the same certified green standard as every Good Housing community, and financed with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and other affordable financing tools. Good Housing expects to welcome residents in fall 2027.

Clear Springs Apartments

Clear Springs Apartments was announced as Good Housing Virginia's first development shortly after the partnership was formed in 2024, and at 180 affordable apartments across two buildings it remains the largest community in the portfolio. The project will be integrated into the larger Village at Clear Springs which includes amenities such as USTA tennis center, pool, clubhouse, and walking trails. Similar to the rest of that portfolio it is financed with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and built to a certified green standard. Good Housing expects to welcome residents to Leesburg in fall 2028.

Potomac Grove

Potomac Grove will bring 100 affordable apartments across two buildings to Dumfries, extending Good Housing's work south into Prince William County. It is financed with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and other affordable financing tools, and built to the same certified green standard as every Good Housing community. Good Housing expects to welcome residents in fall 2028.

East Link

East Link will bring 174 affordable apartments to Herndon, in Fairfax County, making it the second largest community Good Housing has undertaken. The project is located adjacent to the Herndon Metro Station, along the Dulles Toll Road. It will be financed with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and other affordable financing tools, and built to the same certified green standard as every Good Housing community. Good Housing expects to welcome residents in fall 2029.
